Join Zack Garceau to learn about the history of the Thanksgiving Day football match between the Westerly Bulldogs and the Stonington Bears.

The Westerly-Stonington Thanksgiving football game is one of the oldest high school football rivalries in the United States, dating back to 1911. Played every Thanksgiving morning, the game brings together generations of fans to celebrate not just football, but the deep-rooted camaraderie and friendly competition between the two towns.
