Join us for the Westerly Tree Canopy Open House on Wednesday, May 28th, from 5:00-6:30 PM at Westerly Library's Terrace Room (3rd floor). The Green Infrastructure Center is partnering with the Town of Westerly to host a public Open House to discuss opportunities and challenges to growing the Town's tree cover. Attendees will select their favorite strategies to optimize the potential for trees to reduce urban heat, manage flooding, and improve community health. Anyone who lives or works in Westerly is invited.
